What is The Spiral Path? A year-long, lunar-aligned community for women walking the path of deep remembering and creative renewal. This is not a course. It’s not a fix. It’s not about healing what is broken. It’s about remembering what has always been whole within you — through myth, astrology, body wisdom, and sacred community. We meet monthly on Sundays closest to the New Moon, when intention and stillness invite magic. Together, we spiral through the seasons, life’s themes, and the feminine archetypes within us. You’ll move through your life — not around it — guided by the moon, the body, and story. 🌿 How It Works 🌓 12 Live Sessions (New Moon Sundays @ 11am PST) Each month, we gather to explore the lunar theme through: Astrological guidance Embodied ritual & movement A myth or feminine archetype Personal and collective intention-setting (Recordings available if you can’t attend live.) 🌕 Full Moon Homework / Integration Creative assignments, journaling, ritual practices Optional sharing & reflection in community 🌀 Seasonal Themes Each season includes: Focus on one organ system (e.g. heart, digestion, womb) A mythic lens to understand your energy Practices aligned with nature's cycles 💠 Life Domains We Spiral Through Each month touches one of the following: Health & vitality Relationships & boundaries Creativity & expression Career & contribution Spirituality & rest Voice, money, home, community, confidence ✨ What You Receive 12 New Moon Zoom Circles (live & recorded) Monthly integration homework on the Full Moon Seasonal ritual & organ-based teachings Monthly life domain focus Access to a private community circle for sharing Invitations to embody deep care, joy, and creative power 🌙 The Monthly Themes Each session draws on the astrology and feminine archetypes of the moon’s sign.
