We'll meet once every other week by phone or Zoom. As a client you will: connect to your intuitive wisdom and act from there create deeper relationships with those you love understand what your heart and soul truly desire learn how to nourish yourself with well with foods from nature create more harmony, happiness, and health in your life put YOU and your creative projects on your list first experience higher productivity and more fulfillment at work Set simple and attainable goals that are fun! create deep self-care rituals that are simple and sustainable feel more clarity, contentment, inner peace feel at home in your body Each program includes: • two 1-hour coaching sessions per month, by phone, or Zoom, and my undivided attention • unlimited e-mail support in between sessions • information that will increase your knowledge about holistic healing and wellness • access to my monthly newsletter, blog, and offerings • clear recommendations to help you reach your goals • my complete and total commitment to your success! and more!
